Price Match Guarantee

1. Overview

At UnionNews LLC, we are committed to offering our supporters the best value on all merchandise sold through the Union News platform at unionnews.net. Our Price Match Guarantee ensures that if you find an identical item offered at a lower verified price from an authorized retailer, we will match that price subject to the conditions outlined in this policy. This guarantee applies exclusively to merchandise sold directly through the Union News online store.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a price match under this policy, all of the following conditions must be met:

• The item must be identical in brand, model, size, color, and condition to the product listed on the Union News store.
• The competing price must be currently advertised and publicly available on the competitor's website at the time of your price match request.
• The competing retailer must be an authorized seller of the product operating within the United States.
• The item must be in stock and available for immediate purchase from the competing retailer at the advertised price.
• The price match request must be submitted within fourteen (14) calendar days of your original purchase date from Union News.
• The item must not have been previously refunded, returned, or exchanged.

3. Exclusions

The following items, offers, and circumstances are excluded from our Price Match Guarantee:

• Founder's Edition limited-edition merchandise items, as these are unique collectible items with numbered editions (#1 through #50) that have no direct comparable product elsewhere.
• Prices offered through auction sites, marketplace sellers (such as individual sellers on Amazon Marketplace or eBay), or classified listings.
• Competitor pricing that requires a membership, loyalty program, coupon code, or any other special qualification to access.
• Bundle deals, buy-one-get-one offers, clearance or liquidation sales, and pricing errors on competitor websites.
• Items sold by competitors outside the United States or items that require international shipping.
• Subscription plans, in-app purchases, digital goods, cloud storage add-ons, and scrapbook themes.
• Prices available only during limited-time flash sales, holiday promotions, or Black Friday and Cyber Monday events.
• Items that are discontinued, refurbished, open-box, or otherwise not brand-new.

4. How to Submit a Price Match Request

To request a price match, follow these steps:

• Email our support team at jesse.croasmun@gmail.com with the subject line "Price Match Request — [Your Order Number]."
• Include your Union News order number, the name of the product, and the date of your purchase.
• Provide a direct link (URL) to the competing product listing showing the lower price.
• Include a screenshot of the competitor's product page clearly displaying the price, product name, and availability status.
• Ensure that the competitor listing is still live and accessible at the time you submit the request so that our team can verify the information.

Alternatively, you may call us at 412-515-4178 during business hours to initiate a price match request verbally. Our team will guide you through providing the required documentation via email.

5. Verification and Processing

Once we receive your price match request, our team will review and verify the competing offer within five (5) business days. Verification includes confirming that the competing product is identical, the price is publicly accessible, the item is in stock, and all eligibility conditions are satisfied. If additional information is required, we will contact you via the email address associated with your Union News account.

If the request is approved, the price difference will be refunded to your original payment method within seven (7) to ten (10) business days after approval. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.

6. Limitations

The Price Match Guarantee is limited to one (1) price match per item per customer. The guarantee cannot be combined with any other Union News promotion, discount, or offer. Union News reserves the right to limit or deny price match requests at its sole discretion if there is reason to believe the policy is being abused or if the competing price cannot be independently verified.

The maximum price adjustment under this guarantee shall not exceed fifty percent (50%) of the original purchase price of the item. Price matches are processed as partial refunds and do not affect the original order or shipping timeline.

7. Price Changes After Purchase

If the price of an item on the Union News store is reduced within fourteen (14) calendar days of your purchase, you may request a price adjustment to the lower price by contacting our support team. This applies only to price reductions on the Union News store itself and is subject to the same one-adjustment-per-item limit. Promotional pricing, limited-time sales, and coupon-based discounts on our own store do not qualify for retroactive adjustments.

8. Dispute Resolution

If your price match request is denied and you believe the decision was made in error, you may submit an appeal by emailing jesse.croasmun@gmail.com with the subject line "Price Match Appeal — [Your Order Number]." Include any additional documentation or evidence supporting your claim. Appeals will be reviewed by a senior member of our team within ten (10) business days, and the decision on appeal shall be final.

9. Modifications to This Policy

UnionNews LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Price Match Guarantee at any time, with or without prior notice. Changes to this policy will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Union News platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy. We encourage you to review this page periodically for updates.
